Ingredients

1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine mixed berries, ripe banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Optionally, garnish with fresh berries.
