Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 ripe mango (peeled and diced)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine coconut milk, diced mango, and maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles before serving.
