Please note that we are a scent free office.
We offer direct billing to most major insurance companies.
We are now able to provide phone/video consults through a secure, user-friendly portal with our naturopathic physicians. This can be booked over phone or via email at contact@portmoodyhealth.com.

Once an appointment is booked, instructions will be provided to you in order to access your phone/video consult. For video consults, please ensure you have an internet ready device (desktop/laptop computer, smartphone) with a microphone and webcam in order to be able to connect to one of our doctors through this service.

• Supplement refill delivery/porch pick up will be available during this time. If you do wish to pick up or have supplements delivered, we kindly ask that you call or email ahead so we can ensure we get it ready for you.  Free shipping will be provided for any purchases over $200 (before GST) within the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD).

* Please note that in accordance with current medical practice standards and guidelines, some patients require an in person visit (i.e. if specific examination and assessments are required).
