Mind, Body, Health – 12 Months of Challenges

To kick off the New Year right, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Best Health Challenge Series! At Port Moody Health, we’re committed to helping you achieve your goals for better health – mind, body and spirit. So beginning Jan 7th, 2013 we’ll have a new challenge for you each month, focusing on a diet or lifestyle change that will be sure to improve your overall health and well being. Every challenge will last a total of 21 days. Why 21 days? Because research shows it take 21 days to form a new habit. After the 21 days is complete, YOU can decide if you’re going to continue with the new habit you’ve established. But we’re certain you’ll want to continue making it a part of your permanent lifestyle – because you’re going to love the way you feel!

 Make 2013 your year for BEST HEALTH!

All our participants will have online support from members of our expert health care team to help you stay on track and get the most benefit from the health challenge of the month. Participation is free! We’ll announce the challenge 1 week before it starts. You can commit to all 12 challenges of 2013 or choose as you go. It’s all about helping YOU be your BEST self for 2013!
