Mindfulness-based Meditation

Join us Tuesday from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm for a guided mediation
Each week will have a different theme from relaxation, stress, and focus.

Cost is $10 for the first meditation (and is also 2 for 1), and $15.00 each session afterwards
