Andropause/DUTCH Test
Hormone imbalances are increasingly common and can occur in men and women. As you age, your natural hormone production will decline and can lead to symptoms of menopause in women and in men, known as andropause.
Over time, men experience a gradual loss of their hormones. Testosterone and DHEA levels fall and estrogen levels tend to rise. This usually occurs around the age of 40.
Symptoms of hormone imbalance can vary and can include: hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, insomnia, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, low energy, memory loss, hair loss, loss of lean muscle mass, adult acne, abnormal hair growth, thyroid dysfunction, bone loss, anxiety and depression and increased risk of prostate cancer

WHY THE DUTCH TEST?
HOW THE DUTCH TEST WORKS:
Once samples are collected, you will send them off to the lab for testing. Your health care provider will receive the results and an appointment will be scheduled to discuss the results as well as a plan to track and evaluate hormone levels, ensuring they are at their optimum balance.
