Ingredients

2 cups apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
2 slices fresh ginger
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine apple cider, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and fresh ginger.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes to infuse the flavours.
Remove from heat and strain out the spices.
Stir in maple syrup if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
